MIT...a dream to come true?!

All of my friends know that i'm a computer freak...i love pc's..i can't get enough of pc's..even when they are a pain in the a**! i'm learning a lot of theory and old theses about computer architecture and digital systems and also a lot of Electronic theories and law's such as Ohm's Law, Lenz, Faraday and other stuff. If everything go as planned in these 3 years of professional studies and my parents financial situation, after i complet my course and have my drivers licence and also Prtuguese Nationality, i'll try to get a american greencard to study in USA. MIT was always in my mind since i learned working with pc's long time ago...i was still in Iran..so it realy was a long time ago! guess i was 7 when i first learned to work with MS-DOS xD. I've read a lot in this site http://www.eecs.mit.edu/ug/primer.html
I want to have a great future..but with all the problems Portugal and Iran have...i'll get old without accomplishing nothing! I want to be a great engineer in C.S and E
.E so the best thing to try is to apply for MIT EECS! If it doesn't work in MIT for me...i'll just come back to Portugal or try another University in USA. In Portugal i would go to IPS..it's right next to my actual school FEPS. But as the job market in Portugal is a damn s**t i wouldn't get a job in IBM or any other company that easy. That's why i think getting a degree in MIT is the best to work in any country in this world...even in Iran! If i come to Portugal with a MIT Degree...getting a job anywhere wouldn't be that tough because Portugal has a lack of good professionals. i don't know why, but i think this is why i don't Portugal that much is because they stick happy with what they have...they don't want better! Because of this "way of life" Portugal is kind of "The retarded country" of the whole Europe! Portugal is a great and beautiful country with lots of potencial...like portugal has a lot of Tingesten and Uranium and i ask myself "WHY THE HELL THEY DON'T TAKE ADVANTAGE FROM IT??".
I can't take this kind of mentality! I came to Portugal to have a stunning future...not to have a worst future then studying in Iran! I just hope i can keep up my strength and mentality to countinue my studies. I've been also thinking to work as a Computer Technician for having at least 2 years of experience so i can get a job, even bad paid, in USA so i can pay my bills! well i still have a lot time to think about the college future right? any ideas is welcome! =)
